Choose the Destination, Orientation, Size and Scale

  • The Destination is set to PDF. Once the PDF is saved, you can open it and print it using your configured printer
  • Choose the orientation as Landscape
  • For the page size choose A4
  • Scale is used to fit all in one page

Print Headers and Footers, Print Backgrounds

  • Uncheck print Headers and Footers
  • Check print Backgrounds
  • Click Save

Save the document into your computer in a PDF format

  • Choose a name or File name for the document
  • Choose a destination to save the file. For instance, Downloads folder or Documents Folder
  • Click Save

Result

As you see the file is opened in the browser and the file exists on our machine. The file type is PDF. We can open it also with Acrobat Reader.

From the menu you can click on print, to print the document on paper.

As well you can print an Empty Planner.
